Biography & Achievements: Born and raised in Edmonton and always loved art and spent many years of time on my IT career but knew that "someday" I wanted to go back to my soul and heart and paint. I wanted to learn classical Atilier painting and drawing and was excited to find that right my own city - in our backyard so to speak! My friend Marj introduced me to ProsArt School and the minute I walked in I knew I had finally found the right place to learn and "someday" finally arrived! I've spent countless hours dedicated to developing my art and am happy to present paintings, such as the one's below to collectors such as yourself. The paintings below were created under the tutelage of Gene Prokop and incorporate the principles of drawing, chiaroscuro, composition, alla prima, live model drawing and painting, still-life and gesture drawing. It is an exciting journey! Creating art has taken me on fabulous trips to study paintings of the masters in galleries in New York City, Orlando, Seatlee, Ottawa, etc. In the past two years I had the privilege of studying with International Artists Greg Kreutz, Robert Johnson, Gene Prokop, Rick Weaver & Zhoaming Wu.
