NIRMAL MEHTA - BIOGRAPHY & ACHIEVEMENTS: Nirmal Mehta began her painting training with Pro's Art School, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada three years ago.  She explores a wide range of subject matter such as still life, portraits and has recently been focusing on landscapes. Nirmal begins her works of art by referencing many photos, creating a composition that will be intriguing to work with and then begins the process of painting, with the intent of capturing light and shadow as shown in Winter Path. Outside the art world, Nirmal is a physician and mother of two young children.
