LINDA MCEACHERN - BIOGRAPHY & ACHIEVEMENTS: Linda attempts to represent the beauty of the world around her on canvas for all to appreciate and enjoy. She paints wildlife, pets, portraits, landscapes, flowers, and still life in a representational naturalist style with lots of colors and brushstrokes, taking many, many hours to complete a painting. Her teacher, Gene Prokop of Pros Art School, Studio and Gallery, Edmonton has encouraged her to develop her painting and composition skills and to stretch her creative talent. She has traveled to Europe, and to New York, where she was inspired by the great paintings of the masters.
