BIOGRAPHY & ACHIEVEMENTS- As a young girl growing up in Wilkie, Saskatchewan, Janet often painted with her mother and continues to have a life long passion for it. Janet has travelled to a number of US and European cities to study the Masters. She has participated in numerous workshops, and many exhibitions with Pro's Art Studio, in Edmonton, Alberta. She is the recipient of the ACACA "2008 Alberta Wide Hildur Sherbeck Award". All of this has contributed to the advancement and progression of her painting and has given her an appreciation for all the incredible art there is to study and enjoy. The acreage North of Edmonton that Janet , and husband Tom live on provides a lot of inspiration for her paintings.
